Returns:

We accept returns on most non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer exchanges for non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the same conditions as returns (see above). If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of our personalized jewelry, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. This policy is in place because each piece is made specifically for you! However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a personalized item that is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect (does not match the specifications of your order)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly offer a replacement at no cost. Photos of the defective or incorrect item may be requested.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, a refund, or a repair.

Return Shipping Costs:

For returns and exchanges that are not due to damaged or defective items or an error on our part, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return. For damaged/defective returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
