Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding holidays.
You will receive two emails from us:
- An Order Confirmation email immediately after you place your order.
- A Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please Note: The total delivery time is the sum of our 1-2 day processing time plus the carrier’s shipping time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for our customers in the United States. The estimated delivery times below already include our processing time.

International Shipping
Yes, we are happy to ship internationally!
- Availability & Cost: Shipping options and costs for your specific country will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Estimated international delivery is 7-21 business days. This can vary significantly depending on the destination country and its customs clearance process.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Jewel Flairs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend you check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we package every order with care, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team at info@jewelflairs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Jewel Flairs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
